To ensure sensitive legal documents remain internal and secure, an extra email identity verification level can be added to your company’s Contractbook logins.
You can verify if all company users have secure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled when logging in to Contractbook.
How to access the 2FA overview
Reviewing user security logins requires specific permissions. To check if your company users are using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you must have rights to "Manage users". Ensure you have this permission enabled before proceeding, or contact your Company administrator for help.
Once enabled, follow these steps to review the users' security login:
Click on your name/profile in the top right corner of the platform.
Select Users from the dropdown menu.
Change the user status filter to Active or Deactivated to get the needed list.
Check the color of the 2FA indicator icon located next to the user's name.
Green indicator: The user has enabled their 2FA verification login.
Grey indicator: The user has disabled 2FA and is currently without an extra layer of login security.

- Alternatively, filter the 2FA to is true or is false to review the list of users:

Reviewing security for integrated accounts
If your company uses a central Identity Provider, reviewing user security login will work as follows:
SCIM provisioning: If your organization uses Okta or Microsoft Entra ID with SCIM, users’ security login can only be provisioned through that integration.
SSO Enforcement: For accounts using our SSO options, 2FA security login to Contractbook is bypassed because this is managed directly by the selected provider (e.g., Google or Microsoft).
