Our contract templates are specifically created for everyone using our platform to manage their legal obligations and are mainly designed for inspirational purposes. They must always be adjusted to fit the company using them, including the applied governing law.
As a part of our efforts, we have made them as international as possible. It should always be considered if changes are needed due to local legislation. Some of the contracts available in our library are for specific legislation (such as the Danish employment agreement) and this is stated inside the template. We currently offer them both in English and Danish.
You cannot change the content or setup of the predefined templates found in the Contractbook templates section. But you can save the ones you want to use as your own templates and then edit them. This allows you to create contracts directly from them by reverting to a draft before sending it for signature.
