I want to use a Freemium plan but my email address is not accepted?

I cannot verify a Gmail/Yahoo email address - what should I do?

Both Gmail and Yahoo domains are generic and as a security precaution, our software will not allow users to successfully register their profile with a .gmail or .yahoo account.
As an alternative, you can proceed by using a company email address. 

Note: If you are added as a Recipient of a contract, you will b able to complete your account verification with the abovementioned domains, by automatically signing up for our Freemium plan. Read more about completing your account settings as a first-time recipient here.

If a Gmail or Yahoo email address is the only one you have access to, but you are not defined as a recipient in order to complete the steps from above, then our Support team can help you verify your profile.
