New Signatures
- Introducing a new signature method for our Danish clients - MitID Erhverv (in English, MitID Business).
- We also changed the name of the private MitID method to just MitID.

Draw to Sign PDF - new signature box
- Once a recipient draws their signature on a PDF in Contractbook, it will appear with a green-colored box and timestamp on the bottom:

Select data fields - upgrade
- We have just released a data fields' improvement: when you edit any select data field's options in your draft or template, you will now be asked if you want to apply the changes across all documents and templates.
- This update will save you the manual effort currently required to update all select occurrences.

Rejecting contracts - new workflow
- We have just implemented a new functionality, allowing the owner or manager of a pending contract to reject it without providing a reason:

AI import upgrades
- We have upgraded our AI Import flow to the latest, most powerful OpenAI LLM (GPT4o).
- This means AI Import now extracts parties and data fields with much higher accuracy than before.

- We increased the AI Import data field limit per contract type to 30 (from previously 20).
Contract views improvements
- We have introduced several key enhancements to streamline your Contract view experience:
  - Additional filters
  - Quick access to Data Fields: We have turned Data Fields into a quick filter, allowing you to select your preferred fields and find data instantly.
  - Adding new columns: The + icon for adding columns is now a fixed button, always accessible and visible right from the table - no more endless scrolling!
  - Improved table column options: A menu under each column header shows available sorting options, enabling you to perform actions contextually from the table.
  - Load more: A more prominent design and functionality for the Load More footer helps you quickly spot and load more of your contracts.
Contract Spaces -now live on all Contractbook plans!
- Contract spaces are now available for all free and paid users to organize contracts and share granular access with others.
- Contract spaces' full functionality includes:
  - Create contract spaces and manage access to them
  - Create/import contracts directly inside contract spaces
  - Save column configuration on contract spaces
  - Filter views based on spaces with multi-select filter
  - Move contracts to contract spaces with bulk action
  - Automation Builder action: Move to space
