How can I use Contractbook and Humaans integration?

Now you can seamlessly synchronize documents between Humaans and Contractbook.

Integrating Contractbook with Humaans will enable you to get employment agreements and other signed documents automatically imported to the relevant employees' profiles in Humaans or create new hires for more convenient access than ever before. 

The example we will show you in this article is how to automatically import data from an employment agreement signed via Contractbook to the relevant Humaans workspace by creating a new hire.

What do I need for the automation setup?

• Humaans integration included in your Contractbook package
• Humaans account and workspace environment
• A Contractbook template or a draft of the contract you want to be used for the automation - all data points you want your Humaans employee hire record to include must be available in the document as Data fields 
• Lastly, you need to be part of a Contractbook Team as a member or owner
