How can I turn a member into a viewer?

Only the team owner can turn active team members into viewers from the team tab in the top menu.

• Find the member you want to change into a viewer in the overview of your team and click on the three small grey dots on the right-hand side:

• Choose to Change the role to viewer option from the drop-down menu. 

Once you turn a member into a viewer, you need to remove them entirely from the Team and invite them again as a member. You can read more about this action here.
