Automatic tasks for your Document Attachments

• You can now rely on automatic date extraction for all your uploaded documents and attachments within contracts. Use the detected dates for Approval and Reminder Tasks.

  • When you attach a file to your documents in Contractbook, all future dates available will be automatically detected and suggested for use in Tasks and Reminders creation.

Visibility of your Documents Version History 

• Discover how to use the "Version visible to" section of your documents' sidebar here. This allows you to review who, besides you, can visit previously edited versions of your documents:

  • Do you want to review all changes made to the body of a shared draft ? Learn how to use the document version history with the rest of your collaborators across shared drafts here.
